Forward, Together, a division of Dal and Company, was founded by Dallas with the mission to increase employee productivity by fostering engagement and understanding of the diverse personalities, backgrounds, ambitions, and skills within a workforce. Through tailored workshops, Forward, Together helps organizations leverage these strengths to create cohesive teams and improve outcomes for all employees, regardless of job title.
Based in Las Vegas, she pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management as a natural progression of her long-standing passion for supporting businesses and their teams. What began with a degree in English evolved into a career in public relations within the sports and entertainment industries. Over time, Dallas's experiences ranged from writing press releases and managing bookings to overseeing communication strategies and cultivating relationships across various sectors.
Throughout her journey, she managed contracts, developed outreach initiatives, and supported community-driven programs, reinforcing a keen understanding of organizational dynamics and the importance of creating streamlined, efficient systems.
